How do I apply for an apartment at One Winnetka?
Applying is simple. Complete our online application by visiting the link below. If you have any questions throughout the process, our leasing team is happy to assist.
What are the rental screening qualifications?
To ensure a seamless leasing experience, all applicants are subject to a standard credit and background screening. Applicants should demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent (3:1 income-to-rent ratio). Various forms of income verification may be accepted. Please contact our leasing office for additional details regarding qualification requirements.
What are the application, move-in, and additional monthly fees?
A $75 application fee is required for each applicant, along with a one-time $500 administrative fee upon approval. The first month’s rent is due at lease signing. Additional monthly charges may include the Utility & Service Package, pet rent (if applicable), and parking fees.
What lease terms are available? Are short-term leases offered?
One Winnetka offers lease terms ranging from 12 to 18 months, as well as select multi-year lease options. Lease availability may vary based on apartment type and move-in date. Please contact our leasing office for current availability and customized leasing options.
What utilities are included, and what services are residents responsible for?
For added convenience, One Winnetka offers a monthly Utility & Service Package that includes heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, trash service, and internet for a single monthly fee based on apartment size. Residents are responsible for establishing and maintaining electricity service through ComEd.
Is One Winnetka pet-friendly?
Yes. One Winnetka welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. A $500 non-refundable pet fee applies per cat or dog, and dogs are subject to a $25 monthly pet rent. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, certain breed restrictions apply in accordance with our insurance requirements. What parking options are available?
