Rental rates will be finalized closer to the start of the leasing period, once the building is closer to completion and the market is evaluated. The first step is to register for our interest list. When residential leasing begins and the management company is in place, a representative will contact interest list members with information about:

Application requirements and screening criteria
Deposits, fees, and key dates

Building policies, including items such as pet policy, parking, move in procedures, and other community guidelines, will be established by the selected management company.

Detailed floor plans are not yet available for distribution while design and construction are underway. As soon as final floor plans and typical layouts are ready to share, we will release them first to our interest list.
